UF-B
Application:
Southwire Type UF-B cable is manufactured as a 2 or 3 conductor cable, with or without a ground wire. Copper conductors are annealed (soft) copper, solid or compressed stranded. Phase conductors are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated, nylon jacketed, color coded for identification purposes. Jacketed with sunlight, moisture and fungus resistant gray PVC.
Specifications and Approvals:
Southwire Type UF-B cable meets or exceeds UL Standard 83, UL Standard 493, Federal Specification A-A-59544, and requirements of the National Electrical Code.

WesBell sells the South Wire brand UFB cable. It's used for outdoor electrical wiring applications. The UFB cables can go directly underground without conduit. They come in 2 and 3 conductor, in awg sizes 14, 12 and 10. We also sell the larger UFB cables in the 8, 6, 4, and 2 awg by the foot.
We understand that you have exact lengths and want to limit waste, so we allow you to purchase any length at all on the larger Romex® wire and UFB cable.
